Subject: A deep dive into high LDL cholesterol

Pittsburg, Kansas
By the originator of the term "lean mass hyper responder" along with his mentor doctor that helped him along his journey. The citizen scientist is Dave Feldman.

If you happen to have high LDL you might be interested in listening to the presentation. His scientific study is specific to a particular phenotype so it should not be construed to apply to everyone. But it does show there is still a lot to be learned about LDL and maybe what was thought to be already known may not all be correct.

LDL levels can change rapidly. By simple diet change. The numbers can be changed rapidly, within a few days. Dave learned how to modify his LDL with what he ate, and could predict what his LDL would do based on what he ate. The odd part is, he lowered his LDL greatly by eating bread. Go figure.

They talk about Nick, the guy in the first link in this thread.
As always, sometimes the comments are worth perusing.
