have had the same issues, i use a gallon of simple green soap with a detergent wash. dump the whole gallon in and do it 2-3 washes in a row. the degreaser soap breaks down the orbeseal and takes care of my problems with it. It does get very very foamy during the wash so it may trap out the system. granted its just a band-aid but there really isn't a solution other than no teat sealant, which in my opinion is not an option.
