Amherst WI | Schools spent the last 4 decades making sure everyone went to college to get a 4 year degree so they didn't need to be ditch diggers. While that was going on the children were not taught how to do stuff by their parents that knew how to do it. The boomer tradesman are retiring leaving a huge gap and this type of situation shows it. Most people cannot even change simple things like a light switch of or their own oil let alone build a fence or drywall a room. | |
