Adding: Asking yourself “ why or why not” is whats helpful to future decisions.
The discussion over what months buyers use to offer a price is the recurring part. Depending solely (my accusation) on which month “looks” the best is how they determine which month to bid off of. IE they use the cheapest month to show a lovely basis. It’s a new phenomenon in my experience and warrants making sellers aware so as not to be duped. It matters and personally I don’t want to reward the ones doing it if I have a choice. It also affects how a seller must plan if he intends to roll.
