We have a 3 X 4 high density baler. Dry alfalfa a 6 ft long bale will weigh 1600 lbs. Wet will weigh 2400 lbs. A dry sq will weigh about 22 lbs per sq ft. a dry round will weigh about 11 lbs. That is comparing our alfalfa baled at bud stage. Coarser hay will be lighter. Our older 3 X3 sq baler I figured 10 lbs per sq ft. So many variables.... Dennis
