My recipe
20 cows for 3 calf crops
5500÷60= 91.66 a calf
I like to give no more than 50% of calf price per calf , calf figured 500#
Mine yesterday cost 93.00
If you keep the bull longer then the price goes down.
3 years for me because I keep my own heifers.
What’s a bull worth?
