Riverwind would reach the 700 ft. One antenna at the house, or where ever your router is. Another antenna at the barn. DVR at the barn needs 110. Don’t think they have anything to work on 12 volts. Solar charger , battery and inverter ? Not sure at all that would work to get good 110 at your barn.
