NW Ohio | To each his own. Solar is encroaching here fast. This is a very real scenario, not hypothetical. If you want to lease for solar development, by all means do it. Hopefully they can keep churning the government money and making the lease payment.
I’ll sell my ground, pay the capital gain on $18,000 an acre, buy 2 acres for every one I sold, buy the new pickup, side by side, couple chain saws, put money in the kids savings, and be far away from the devestation of the black panels. | |
