SW Indiana | My wife has cut out so much stuff in food over the past 9 or so months. She has Autoimmune issues, has greatly reduced inflammation levels and has been able to stay off medication.
No nitrates, preservatives, food colors, additives, gluten, sugars. Has figured out even home grown broccoli bothers her stomach and cut that out.
It's amazing the difference between some people what effects diets have.
