I'm thinking about hay for the coming summer and what moisture levels might look like this spring and summer. Checking the NOAA maps for WI, MN and IA I was surprised to see much of NE Iowa is STILL in D3 drought. I'm in D2 which is bad enough but NE IA is just across the Mississippi River.
