The "steering wheels" are ATU units. AutoTrac Universal. 

They can go on just about anything but never seen one of those. There is a table dealers can look up to see what all is needed for parts if it's a unit JD has tried it on before. 

Ag Express has a harness or two to power it all. Screen, globe on the roof, and the ATU.
