Greenville, Ohio | Depends on which market and who you’re contracting with. Hy-line probably would be breeders. Cage free layers have been booming in my area. The guys that are processing their own (like putting into cartons and shipping to straight to stores) seem to be doing pretty well. The contracts for farm packing don’t seem to be paying quite as well.
