Warrant is only labeled pre in the following states; Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Warrant doesn't have the safener to allow it to be used pre in cooler Northern soils. Harness, Harness Xtra and Degree Xtra do have the pre safener.
