How much talc are you using? That seems crazy high.

I've ran gropak from agxplore for several years with good results testing it on my farm for the first few years. I actually run it a little lower rates than their label because the seed wasn't holding it all and it was accumulating in the ccs tanks. It usually costs me about $1-2acre. I still put 9% edta zn in furrow.

Some of the newer competing talc replacement products are crazily priced. I think Brandt's is $25-30/ac. It's too hard to get really good evenly distributed product and accurate very low use rates without wasting half of it to the wind for something that expensive.
