They make underdrive units that bolt to the back of the tranny housing. They start at about $2000 plus installation which in your case would probably be more or less bolt it on and have the driveshaft shortened as I assume you just want it slowed down and not shiftable on the move.

Perhaps you can find a salvage one for less? Here is a link to something similar to what I am referring to:

Or, if it would fit your rear end, you could go to a low speed rear end.
For about $300 you can buy up to a 4.56 ratio ring and pinion gear set
