perryton, tx | We drove through the heart of the Smokehouse Creek fire burn scar yesterday. The size and scope of the burned area is hard to fathom and the devastation is pretty much total. Thankfully we didn’t see any burnt homes on the route we took but a lot of extremely close calls. Also thankful we didn’t see any active fires anywhere but I’m not sure if it’s completely contained/extinguished. I believe there’s some info about hay deliveries in a previous thread. | |
