I grew some last year. Now keep in mind, I'm in SW Ohio, and I didn't plant them until 7/12/23, following winter wheat. I added no fertilizer because everyone said they didn't need any. Planter didn't like trying to plant them, wound up planting twice and wound up with about 16k dropped
They made a whopping 17bpa. Glad I only planted 20 acres
