Have ran for years with a ground drive fert pump on our 16r30. Wanted to convert to hydraulic drive for ease and convenience of changing rates, after pricing all the equipment that would be needed it’s looking less and less attractive. I know VRT is a BIG reason to go hydraulic, but in our scenario we just wouldn’t take advantage of that capability all that often.
