You likely need to enable AutoPath in the Op Center, to do this go to the Setup tab, drop that down and select Team, in Team select Preferences, then select Feature Enablement, turn on AutoPath. 

You may need to go to Files and select the Fields that you created AutoPath lines, then Reprocess those fields,
