Northern Indiana		With "AutoTrac SF1", you need to pay a Deere dealer a one-time $250 activation fee to upgrade the AutoTrac activation to work with any signal level higher than SF1

Any display activated with "AutoTrac SF2" or "AutoTrac" is ready to run RTK (or SF2/SF3/SF-RTK)

Deere changed to one signal level of AutoTrac display activation around 2015, however any activation that was purchased before then would have different levels.

You can get any one you want.  SF1 on up.
