I used a Garmin Model 17N (Nautical) with WAAS and a PF3000 many years ago. The setup and wiring harness required some homework but I did get it to work. It worked out fine for harvest with the combine and was a cheap second GPS receiver.
It would not have been suitable for other applications such as Auto Swath or Steering.
