North Central Kansas | How do the other cows treat her? My daughter had a Charolais cow that was the only white cow in the herd. The other cows harassed the entire time she was in the herd. If she came to the bunk or feeder they pushed her away. Same at the waterer. It was kind of interesting to watch her. My daughter had raised her as a bucket calf and showed her at the fair as a bucket calf and breeding heifer. Unfortunately the cow got something wrong with her and I had to shoot her when she was 11. | |
