I’d do it the fall before corn. Corn is the heaviest user of nutrients on average of all the crops you listed. Just be sure to do it consistently at the same time every time you do it to help make it more accurate. I prefer to see nutrients like P, K, Zn get applied in the fall also so that they have more time to breakdown before the following years crop
