The Penn State website has a lot of info on that. IIRC, 10 foot high and 4 foot wide at the bottom. High tensile electric fence is a great choice. Need to have visual deterrents as well. CDs hung on fence, foil, lights, even a propane cannon. Once a problem is proven, many DNRs will provide assistance.
