Subject: John Deere liquid rate controller power question

Southern Colorado
I am in the process of putting a gs2 rate controller in a J.D. 8285r. I am trying to find a nice source of power for the harness that runs into the cab for the foot switch. It seems like there should be a cleaner solution than stretching the 3 pin power plug to the outlet by the right rear corner post. I am wanting to use active implement so I think I need power.
