Perhaps a bit long to go overnight without food? Did he get colostrum? Id get him warmed up until he will suck your finger and then tube him. A little nutridrench or something similar will help .A half cc of dex might help his digestive system get going. Probably should have an antibiotic to fight off infection in that leg.
