Thanks for sharing. A very good read. I’ve been strip tilling for 12-13 years now. For a number of years I’ve contemplated putting cover in between my strips as I made the strips in the fall. I actually have a used blower box that would work very well for this. Just not sure what cover crop would work best? Wheat or rye would be the obvious easy choice. Oats would hopefully get a little growth before the winter killed them off, but I don’t think planting in October or November it’d be worth while. Any suggestions?
