I have 3 Ez guide 500 screens, and 3 Ez Steer motors. Only 2 Ez Steer T2 boxes.
Have 2 drivers, 2 planter tractors and a sprayer, so only 2 machines going at one time.
It’s pretty easy to swap the whole system back and forth, but have to change settings in the Ez Guide each time, and maybe run a calibration. Also, run risk of dropping something, and it takes some time.
If I only swap the T2 box(and always swap the same T2) do I still need to do a calibration if the EZ guide stays with the same machine?
May just break down and spend the loot for a whole EZ Steer kit, and just keep the extra motor for a spare. |
