Ohio | If I was you I’d try avoid advertising on Facebook. You’ll get some winners there. Try local real estate agents, school personnel, word of mouth to anyone you know and trust. Tell them you want someone you know to refer them to you. If you advertise on Facebook you better make it a tough contract to abide by or you’ll get every low life wanting a country home to party and do stupid stuff. If you find someone you no and trust that rents it, make the rent good enough that they don’t want to leave. One bad renter and you’ll wish that thing was burnt to the ground. A good renter and you’ll think you won’t even have to think about the place. They’ll make the small repairs on their own. | |
