East Central, Nebraska | As I have suggested for numerous years, read your EULA and it will tell you pretty quickly what they can do. When this would come up over the years climate was usually under question. Climate would say that you own the data buuuuuut they could use it however they wished, and they could let anyone else use it however they wished and so on. Last I looked it still said that. As for Deere I am unsure haven’t ever used their software. I would urge you to read the license agreement you agree to. I’m only familiar with one company that says you own and control your data.
