I would put up LED UFO lights. My shed is 18’ tall and 60 foot wide. I put 200 watt ufo highbays with a 120 beam angle three wide and 20 foot spacing. Staggered the middle row due to overhead door and to help with shadows. Sure lights it up nice. I have roughly 100 lumens per square foot.
