NWMO | We built ours back in ‘21 and made it stout. It’s not too too heavy, we don’t put anything on the top unless we need to. That being said, we’ve had 4 totes on there many times with no issues, but we try hard to not take the trailer into places where an issue may arise.
The trailer is a 50’ Fontaine spread axle drop deck, 2300 gal tank on the front, 2700 gal tank over the axles. 4 tote stand, Dura Pump direct inject auto batch system for the 4 totes, 85 gal inductor, 3” Honda pump, Ag Spray equipment electric 3” hose reel. We left the passenger side of the trailer open between the totes and the rear tank to put all of our boxes and then put a set of side boards on it to hold it all.
There is 10’ behind the rear tank that was still open, so we had a skid built that has a 300 gallon fuel tank, 75 gal Def tank and oil jug rack so that the trailer is a 1 stop shop spray trailer so that while we’re traveling to the different fields we never have to stop for anything.
This year, along with the fuel tank, there will be a black 250 gal tote with pump and fire hose so that we can clean the machine in the field instead of trying to bring them back to the shop, save some time that way to | |
