| If you zoom in, are they points, or are they polygons? I tried this a few weeks ago as well, and when I zoomed in, they were all points, I'm not sure if that would make it delay in making a map or not, but something to try.
Support showed me a trick where if you set the map the way you want to see it each time, go to the left button under the transparency adjustment, and select Save Layer settings and set for current Attribute and Layer, as well as the Current Operation default and it will be like that each time you make that kind of map.
On my side, it does take a little extra time to make a LiDAR map compared to a yield map, but after I set as the 3D grid, there isn't much need to use it, as the Terrain analysis and 3D view of the maps are established with the information I care about like Slope or Elevation. | |
