Kind of a loaded question w/o knowing your herd health. Typically, after you use the oral vaccines on the newborn and before the pairs are put out to pasture I would recommend a 7way clostridium vaccine around a month of age. At this time you can use a pinkeye vaccine if that's a problem. You could also use a product like Nasalgyn 3 pmh -intranasal if you have respiratory issues while calves are nursing the cow as early as one week of age.
