Update on the topic. So I did find the flow meter tag for the Raven flow meter. it was a Raven 60p model. I made the calculation and entered the correct value in the menu , also put the correct value for the Response threshold and tried again . The result was the same " Rate not responding " message came up on the screen. I think the valve is stuck in one position or something.
