Subject: Trimble GFX350 nav500 vs EZ Guide 250 ag15 accuracy

Statesville, NC
I ran an EZ guide 250 for years, and put row clutches on my planter thru a 20/20, and it worked ok. Sometimes the line would move a little, but overall, where the clutches shut off was fine. I changed to a GFX350 / NAV500, and it doesn't seem to be as consistent. I have more gaps, and overlaps. I thought it would be an upgrade, but not sure now. I don't have any subscriptions, as I am a smaller operator. I'm thinking of either checking into a NAV900 and subscription, or going back to the 250. I'm using the 2020 to store data, and the gps for steering and sending location to the 2020. I'm not real good at technology, and I like the buttons and simplicity of the 250, especially when moving or on rough ground. Just using a free signal, can the GFX350/NAV500 be equally as accurate as the 250/AG15 ?
