North central TX | Those look like fiberglass tanks to me. Judging by the look of the material, and more importantly, the reinforcing rings and areas around the openings and where the end caps were put on.
As for Nelta's question. Anything is possible, but how would you get the grain in and out of them? Being they aren't cone bottom and don't have any extra hatches. It seems like extra work is going to be required to put in a door, or some other means of getting the grain out.
