The Maps says Poland is about normal. I am in Poland now. Looks nice to moist in most place. I have been coming to Poland the last 2 weeks in March for 20 years.  Spring planting and winter crops are the most advanced I have ever seen. Early spring planted small grains are starting to emerge. Earliest winter wheat is in the boot stage. Things look very good here.
