Instead of the subnets you have configured, you could try using 192.168.0.0/16 in the Shared Remote Subnets section on both routers, which would catch every 192.168.x.x subnet you have configured and make them available on both sides of the VPN tunnel.  But I would try to find the VPN connection logs and see what those have to say first.
