East of Broken Bow | Had rain turned to snow turned to blizzard. Not sure on moisture, but they are saying something over 2 inches of moisture. The snow came with 40+ wind gusts, so the shelterbelts and road ditches will be well watered again.
Lost a few calves, but the cows seemed to weather it better than I thought they would considering it started raining Sunday, and snowed pretty steady through Monday morning, and again off and on Monday afternoon and night, and the wind is still gusting to 40. | |
