Need a 24 pound hammer. 20 pounder is just a bit small. Or even a really good 20 pounder I can add weight to.
My brothers have a big sledge. There are 6'6" and can swing it like a real man. The things it will move are incredible. They use "normal" sledge heads with an 18" handle for one handed metal working hammers.
I am 6' even and 190 pounds and well built. I can't even begin to swing the hammers they use.
What do you plan on using a 24# sledge for and how big are you?
