Get rid of that inverted cone.

Yes its work to level a bin but you want a level top so the moisture doesn't migrate to the peak (which is now around the outside of the bin).    With that inverted cone in there every time you run your fans all of the air will exit out of that center hole and you will not push the moisture out of the top of the corn by the bin wall.

Almost every time we've had trouble with corn heating up its been in a bin that has had corn pulled out (inverted corn) and left for a month or more during hot humid weather.

Getting in a bun after drawing corn out is a risk of entrapment that I prefer to avoid. Yes, odds of a void that could collapse is low if corn is flowing nicely, but the risk of being wrong is fatal.

That is why I empty my stirator bin last. I'll run it a day or two to get it level again if I'm not going to draw out of it for a while again. No need to go into the bin.
