It's probably a set up issue. 
Are you using 2 products?
There are 10 sections available in product 1 and 6 sections in product 2.

Product 2 sections must start with 11

Both connectors are wired

1 & 2 valve ground
3, 36, 37 Valve power.
4, 5, 6, 7, ect. valve signal
