NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Speaking of John Burns and getting back on track tomorrow I’m kind of in the same boat. I’ve been on the keto diet for awhile now not 100% but close. We had breakfast this morning after church in the fellowship hall. They had great keto food, eggs, sausage, bacon , little bit of fruit and some fantastic looking homemade cinnamon rolls with lots of nuts and frosting covering. I didn’t take a picture but did end up with one of the rolls on my plate,,, and yes it was delicious :-).
By the way your wife’s deserts look very tempting and delicious! | |
