E. CO, exactly half way between NE and OK | It hinges off the left side bolt. They are made with two 1/8" x 1" iron made in a circle and riveted together with two short pieces of metal at 4 and 7 o'clock positions on the bottom and two at top. Than they are riveted to the sheet metal on the tank. You can have this one if you want it.
