We are $3.75/hanging they pay processing and we are booked months out.
If there isn't a significant premium over the sale barn why bother?
One reason to "bother" is when the market crashes whenever that is it might be nice to have an alternative to the sale barn, not saying that one should not get a bit of a premium.
Then when fats go down to $1.25 live at sale barn the people selling freezer beef for same or less than cash price now will probably adjust their prices to $2/lb hanging. It's just a race to the bottom
