Yeah, the ones I did were in conjunction with the extension agronomist. Took him some samples once and he showed me how to do them. Not difficult, just need the screens, a few other lab pieces, and a scope. I did about a dozen and headed home. Took about 5 minutes or so to run a sample once you got the hang of it.
