Since you don't have boxes you don't need much at all for height. Weld/bolt something to the frame and put the base of the receiver at the top of the boxes. It doesn't have to be centered so find your favorite spot, a little scrap metal welded or bolted and done. 

Lot of options besides the factory stuff. CCS planters you can use the safety rails on the platform.
