Kettle Moraine, WI		Litigation is a line item expense. Reducing the litigated amounts increases profit and shareholder value.

Proving a company knew of risks and intentionally hid information of it's consequences is a high legal standard to prove.

I don't think this ruling helps the conventional farmer.
