Not sure the situation for the tourk multipier but I have put a bar against the body of mine and the the handle /foot pushes against the bar to make it work and the bar is rested on the ground or some other piece of the machine. This is when there is nothing for the multiplier to grab ahold of to anchor to. (If all that makes sense)
